So here is what we learned during the two-day Opium Insight Subway shows. It was experimental and we had some gliches. One major one being the token boxes didn’t work so the guests couldn’t vote for their favorites the way we’d planned and very few actually took the time to submit the voting notecards. If they had, then I believe this would have been a very good way to decipher who has the best jeans and tattoos according to public opinion.
As it was, for the first show we only had 5 people return the voting notecards. And for the second show there were only 9 voting notecards returned. So those who did submit them, the votes and opinions weigh pretty heavily. The next one of these we do, I hope to have a better turn out on the voting. We do want to know your opinions! It’s helpful for everyone who loves to shop by referral.
So here’s what we have. I’ve taken an average for each designer based on their individual votes received and come up with a score between 1 and 10 with 10 being the best for how the fashion community may feel about the jeans or tattoos they sell. If there was a decimal for the average I rounded up or down according to the standard rule. I almost want to do this again, just to get a higher turn out on the votes. However, I think the OFA models have enough jeans and tattoos to last their Second lifetimes. *chuckles*
