Announcing the Tres Beau Designs and photoLife Photography Contest!

Kimmera is excited to announce a contest for the best photography of Tres Beau Clothing!

Tres Beau Designs was first established in 2004 by Kimmera Madison, which makes Tres Beau..and Kimmera for that matter ( groans )…an Antique by SL Standards!

  Kimmera has always loved the challenge of designing for SL and is well known for her Formal wear and Wedding Attire! Today she is still designing and has many many new things to share, not only fabulous gowns, but casual wear as well!

Recently a complete remodel was done and not only does the store look fresh and new, but there are oodles of new outfits!!

Kimmera is looking for FABULOUS Photography Artwork that will be used in Ads featured in the likes of BOSL Magazine and Sinatra Style Magazine, just to name a few!  Do YOU have an eye for the fabulous!  Show us your stuff!  

Pictures must be of CURRENT Tres Beau Design Clothing and submitted to the Tres Beau Flicker group by July 31st!

 By Entering, the contestant agrees that ALL entries may be used for promotional purposes of the contest and full permissions granted.

 

Winner will be announced on Sunday, August 9th at a fabulous Tres Beau and photoLife Party! 
    Party to be held in the Tres Beau Courtyard (landmark enclosed), at 12 Noon SLT, featuring the             Fabulous music of Jazzman Corriea.

RULES :

Enter your best photographic design of  Tres Beau Clothing for a chance to be the new Ad for Tres Beau Designs (with Photo Credit) and to win a fabulous Deluxe Photo Studio compliments of photoLife

 

1. Go to   http://www.flickr.com/groups/tresbeauphotolife/    and join the group if you are not a member.

2. Upload your picture and include, your name and the name of the clothing you used.

3. Photo must be a minimum of 512 x 512 to a maximum of 1024 x 1024. 

4. No nudity or lewd photos will be accepted.

5. Clothing used in the ad may be complete outfits or  a mix and match of items from Tres Beau Designs. Be Creative!  Show me what you’ve got!  Remember, the winning picture will be used in some of SL’s finest publications!

6. You may enter as many times as you wish, but must be different photo’s.

Opium Tales: Willy Wonka

“Come with me and you’ll be in a world of pure imagination…”  A fitting description for the Opium Tales: Willy Wonka fashion show that took place last night.  The beautifully designed set, the amazing creations from Bliss Couture, Earth & Sky and SF Designs, as well as the gorgeous models of OFA all came together to create the essence of pure fantasy!  Anastacia Markova and Dream Honey worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make the magic happen.  OFA Models Katina Magic, Butterfli Sorbet, Mariah Urriah, Brie Pinazzo, Gamp Lane, Synthia Quintessa, ToniT Oh, Harlee Lane, Adamantite Nikolaidis, JonathanC Contepomi and
Ethan Haalan brought Ana’s vision to life.  As the doors to the Fanastacia Convention Center opened, you were immediately transported to Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory complete with the infamous chocolate river and the beloved Oompa Loompas.  Seren Dawes was the narrator, her melodic voice the perfect accompaniment to the Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory soundtrack.  The models were poised and elegant as they graced the runway in designs that sparked images of confectioner’s creations and had me craving sweets by the end of the show!  A special thanks to photographer Greg Paslong who was there as a guest but snapped a few shots of our gorgeous models!

  

Girlee Couture “Kini”

 

 

 

Those who know me well know that I have a very eclectic sense of style.  I’m always looking for clothing that is funky and edgy to go with the classics in my wardrobe.  I’ve found just what I was looking for in the Girlee Couture “Kini.”  Kinji Lockjaw is the creative force behind Girlee Couture.  A model who has added designer and magazine publisher to her resume, Kinji has put quite a spin on the traditional bikini.  I’m wearing the “Orange Kini” from the Girlee Couture line.  This  brightly textured string bikini sports a thong bottom and an optional jacket cover-up.  The collarless jacket features three quarter length butterfly sleeves, belted waist and flared bottom.  This ensemble effortlessly combines sex appeal and sophistication. Opium Fashion Agency Welcomes Nisa Constantine!

The Opium Fashion Agency Executive Team is very pleased to welcome Nisa Constantine to the Opium family.  Nisa joins OFA in the role of Public Relations Officer, responsible for promotional press releases and fashion blogger/writer.  Her creative hand will be felt in promoting Opium Fashion Agency fashion shows, models, events and anything fashion related that she’d love to share with the Second Life fashion industry.  Nisa is also a professional runway, print and live model, so don’t be surprised when you see this beautiful lady walking down the OFA runway too! 

Nisa wears “a lot of hats in SL.”  Besides being PR Officer and a Model with OFA, Nisa deejays for Black Soul Rhythms Radio and at numerous clubs around SL.  In addition to that, Nisa is Co-Owner/Operator of Bun In The Oven Maternity Center.  When Nisa has some downtime, she enjoys exploring SL, wind surfing, dancing and “just about anything that can be called fun.”  Nisa says, “I’ll try just about anything once.”  Just try and keep up with this lady!

When I logged in this morning DSN had dropped a box of skins for review on my profile from Dulce Secrets Skins. I tried each one one and inspected closely spinning round and round, looking at them in different light settings. Not bad at all !
