Musashi-Do

Musashi-Do is the oldest Italian fashion brand in SL, having first opened its doors in November 2004.  For anyone who has not yet come across this fabulous designer, fear not, Musashi-Do has made a virtual comeback.  And what a comeback this is, after completing studies in a rl fashion academy, Shiryu Musashi the main designer behind Musashi-Do, has returned full of fresh ideas and with a vast new expertise based on rl fashion.

The comeback started with the release of a fantastic new line of bikinis and beachwear but my attention was drawn to the latest comeback range of Musashi-Do Cocktail Dresses.  I was immediately surprised by the versatility of these dresses, each different color seems to spark a completely different look.  Above I am wearing the Diamonds On Me cocktail dress in Fossil Amber.  The colors and sharp diamond shapes of the pattern, which is so expertly hand painted, creates a rather retro style dress.  I therefore decided to keep a more casual, retro feel to this look and teamed it up with a cropped style Military Jacket, knee socks and my favorite orange ChiChi shoes.

Pictured above is the most gorgeous white and black dress I have saw in sl and it is also FREE.  Yes this stunning new release from Musashi-Do, is a free item available instore.  The style and design of this dress is quite simply amazing, it clings to your curves creating a very stylish and elegant look and no editing of the prim attachment was needed.  And GUYS, don’t feel sad at all these new releases for the girls from this wonderful designer, he has even provided a free outfit for you guys too, so head over there and check it out.  Both male and female free items are available in black or white.

Last but not least is the Waving Heart range of Musashi-Do cocktail dresses.  Above I am wearing this dynamic dress in Blood Omen and as you can see, the indepth detail put into these hand painted patterns, shines through all of the Musashi-Do designs.  Both ranges of Waving Heart and Diamonds On Me are available in a variety of energetic colors, each with its own fashion statement and versatility to create a wide range of looks from casual, retro to city chic.  A brand of SL clothing definately not to be missed.
